This foundational appointment is the first step on your health journey. We dedicate this time to a comprehensive evaluation of your health profile, goals, and lifestyle to develop a plan tailored specifically for you.

• Convenience: Fully remote via our secure telemedicine platform.

• Process: You will receive appointment details and digital intake forms via email and text.

• Payment: An invoice is sent after your visit for payment by credit card (plus added fees) or other online options. No upfront payment is required.

These ongoing appointments are vital for ensuring your treatment is working effectively and safely. We use this time to:

• Monitor your progress toward your health goals (e.g., weight loss, hormone optimization).

• Review and discuss recent lab results.

• Make any necessary adjustments to your medications or treatment plan.

This fee applies to specific administrative actions performed by your provider outside of a consultation.

• Examples Include:

  • Prior authorization paperwork for medications.

  • Medication refills between appointments.

  • Special coordination with compounding pharmacies.

  • Coordination with laboratory services and timely lab evaluation and reporting

We believe in accessible communication. The following services are always included for our patients:

• Direct messaging with your provider via our secure EMR portal.

• Brief clarification calls with our medical team.

Please Note: If a message or call evolves into a complex medical discussion, we may request that you schedule a brief telemedicine follow-up to address your needs thoroughly and safely.

Please be aware that the costs for laboratory testing and prescription medications are separate from our consultation fees.

• Lab Costs: We strive to make testing convenient by sending lab orders to your preferred in-network laboratory through our HIPAA-compliant EMR. While most lab work is often covered by insurance, we cannot guarantee coverage.

• Medication Costs: We partner with specialized compounding pharmacies, like Puramint, to prepare and ship your medications directly to you. Payment for these medications is made directly to the pharmacy. Compounded medications are rarely covered by insurance. Alternatively, certain prescriptions can be sent to a commercial pharmacy (like CVS or Walgreens). While these are sometimes covered by insurance, coverage is not guaranteed.
